Bennington Motor Inn

Good place with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and non-smoking rooms. I remember staff helping with my luggage on my first stay, made a great impression. I highly recommend it for comfort and service!

I'm used to staying at Hampton Inns and Drury Inns so this was not as fancy BUT it was extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was quiet and comfortable with a nice TV too. I'd stay there again.

The rooms are spotless with an ironing board as well as 2 full beds. The hotel offers lots of food that was GREAT. The location is good and magnificent, 1 mile from a liberal arts college.

great location but a few minor issues

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of town! I enjoyed relaxing on the nice balcony in the evening, taking in the fresh air. The room and grounds were impressively clean and well-maintained.

The amenities could use some updates, as they felt a bit outdated.

Mainly because pet-friendly, disappointed no pool, good access to everything we wanted to see, including family here.

Convenient for downtown.

The complimentary continental breakfast was very poor. By the time we got there, only half an hour before the end of breakfast, there was only dried out bagels and nothing to go with them.

The room was cozy and clean. Friendly staff and easy access to local attractions made it even better.

I found the air conditioner quite loud and ineffective. The bed was uncomfortably hard. The bathroom toilet was notably low, quite inconvenient.

We enjoyed the Americana look of the motor inn. Everything was clean, the area the motel was in was a quiet area and dinning was fairly close.

Only discrepancy was that we had booked a smoking room and there were no smoking rooms. However there was a nice porch to sit on and the weather was nice. So no complaints.

Very clean, Close to downtown Bennington. We were only there for one night but found it to be comfortable and convenient.

From reviews online we knew what to expect so we were not disappointed. We knew the rooms were not large and that was not a problem. It was the perfect place to rest our head and enjoy a comfortable night. Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place for a night or two. Their are times when we are traveling when amenities are more important, but for a short stay where you are going to be out and about during the day and the focus is a good comfortable room it was fine.

The room had a cozy vibe, with clean carpets and neatly caulked tubs were great. Unfortunately, the shower was so unkempt that it was unusable, and the AC had a missing knob that left it ineffective. A notable downside was the minuscule TV, tough to enjoy any entertainment. Breakfast offerings were basic but did the job to kickstart the day.
